Add the ThumbnailUp skill

For assistants that support skills, connect MCP first. Download the skill and save it as thumbnailup/SKILL.md in your assistant's skills directory. Reload skills, then ask it to use ThumbnailUp for research or a draft review. The skill explains the workflow; MCP gives it access to your account's tools.
